What we use

CoatCue uses your account details to authenticate you, and the quote information you enter to provide your private quote workflow. Quote data is scoped to your account and is not shown on public pages or to other users.

Raw email addresses, phone numbers, and full contact fields are not collected. Use a redacted reference instead. Payment checkout and subscription management use the Polsia-supported payment path; CoatCue does not store card details. CoatCue stores the authenticated owner ID, billing namespace, order ID, checkout session ID, provider event IDs, provider status, amount, currency, interval, and period-end evidence needed to verify access and reconcile payments. The payment provider retains payment details under its own policies.

Your controls

You can edit, archive, or permanently delete quote records from your dashboard. No automatic retention purge is implemented; the owner deletes quote records. Billing rows are not automatically purged yet because no retention period has been configured. Drafts are prepared for manual review and are never sent automatically.
